CHILDREN'S PARTIES BOOKING FORM

*Please Note:

 

• All bookings must be made at least 1 week in advance.

• Parties can only take place on Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and public holidays.

• There are 2 time slots available each day : 10:00-12:00 & 14:00-16:00.

• Payment must be made within one week to ensure you do not lose your booking.

• Once the deposit has been paid, only then will the date and time slot be booked.

• No outsourcing of jumping castles will be permitted at Chalk Events venues.

 

Once your quote has been submitted we will send you an invoice with our banking details. 
Once your 50% deposit has been made, your booking will be confirmed!
